Open-source license
LedgerTB source code is offered under the MIT License. Nothing here reduces or restricts the rights that license grants. Third-party components retain their own licenses.
The LedgerTB name, logos, website design, and Ledger Labs LLC branding are not licensed by the MIT License. The license does not imply endorsement or permission to present a modified build as an official Ledger Labs LLC release.
Lawful and authorized use
Use LedgerTB only for lawful purposes and with data you are authorized to process. Users are responsible for access controls, client authority, confidentiality, records retention, professional obligations, and legal compliance applicable to their work.
Do not use the website, release infrastructure, or reporting process to distribute malware, obtain unauthorized access, interfere with service, expose confidential information, or violate another person's rights. Good-faith security research consistent with the Security Policy is welcome.
No professional relationship or reliance
LedgerTB is software, not professional services. Using the site or app, or communicating about the software, does not create a CPA-client, accountant-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Users remain responsible for LedgerTB and AI outputs and for every accounting or business decision made using them.
Third parties and optional AI
Cloudflare, GitHub, operating-system vendors, storage providers, AI providers, and MCP clients are independent third parties governed by their own terms and privacy practices. The user decides whether each service is suitable and authorized for the information involved.
Updates, support, and availability
Ledger Labs LLC may modify or discontinue the website, official builds, features, documentation, support, or release schedule. The Security Policy identifies versions currently targeted for security fixes. No update, response time, compatibility period, or service level is promised.
Warranty and liability
THE WEBSITE, DOCUMENTATION, AND OFFICIAL BUILDS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
The MIT License's warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability and the additional LedgerTB Disclaimer apply. Where a jurisdiction does not allow a particular exclusion or limitation, it applies only to the maximum extent permitted and non-waivable rights remain.
Changes and contact
Revisions apply prospectively from the effective date displayed here. The version published with a source or binary release remains available in that release's history or bundled notices. Questions may be sent to info@ledgerlabs.co.
